  Forms Processing

This method is used for data capture from standardized forms such as Survey forms, Medical Claim forms, etc. The forms are scanned and the images are transferred for further processing through FTP. The images are then run through an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Engine that automatically captures data to relevant fields. An operator keys in unrecognized characters and a second operator verifies the same. Then verification and QC processes are done.

Accurate has been using this process to capture data from many standardized forms such as Consumer Survey forms, Warranty Cards, Building Permits, Cheques, Credit Card Charge Slips, Score Sheets, Insurance Claim forms, etc.
