Objective:

To capture all information from a product feedback form with a turn around time of 72 hours.

Solution:

The customer did not have time to ship the forms to India. The forms were scanned and images transferred to India via FTP.

• A template with field validation was created in our OCR Software.
  
• Individual forms were then processed through the OCR engine.
  
• A clean up was done by the operators and data was extracted.
  
• The same procedure was repeated by a second set of operators.
  
• The two sets of data was compared and mismatched records were proofed manually by the QC staff.
  
• The corrected data was shipped.
