Accurate Data utilizes its proprietary software DocCon to capture data both in the form of free text and database entries.

The text or data from paper source is entered twice by two independent operators which are then compared, corrected and proofed. The entire workflow is automated reducing manual errors to the minimum. This process of double keying through DocCon ensures an accuracy levels exceeding 99.99%.

Accurate has been using this time tested methodology to convert data from paper to digital form in several projects. Typical projects are data capture for magazines, Yellow pages, legal transcription, Journals, etc.
